Equally Glorious Mornings

Some weekend mornings, I like to wake up at 8 and go to yoga where we sing and stretch and test our strength. Other mornings, I like to sleep till 9 and eat macaroni and cheese for breakfast.

Sounds like you’re flexible with your your body, as well as your routine! I think sleeping until 9 and eating Mac and Cheese for breakfast can be very good for you, at least every now and then!
